Frequently Asked Questions

  • Anything on my set menu is available to order via my website, just choose from the available options, select your quantity, and checkout via the cart on the website. For any custom request, please fill out the form and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours on feasibility and price.

  • I do! For my set menu I need 3-5 days, for custom orders I need at least 10 days from the time of payment receipt.

  • I offer local delivery for area codes 43212 (free), and a small fee for zip codes 43221 and 43220. Times vary and are agreed upon separately. Pickup is in Grandview Heights at agreed upon times post purchase.

  • I have a lot of options! I have 5”, 6”, and 8” round cakes as well as those sizes in a heart shape. Quarter sheet cakes and smash cakes are available as well.

  • At this time I do not. In the future I may ship within Ohio. (Ohio Cottage bakeries are not allowed to sell outside the state of Ohio)

  • Wedding cakes, no. I can provide large orders of macarons and other baked goods for weddings, however. Large orders may be accommodated, just ask! Custom Order Form

  • Apple Pay, Link by Stripe, and all major credit cards.

  • Payment is required upfront to confirm your order. This ensures that your baked goods are reserved and allows us to purchase fresh ingredients and plan accordingly. My set menu will require a payment before checkout. For any accepted custom requests, I will send you an invoice.

  • I accept cancellations with a 100% refund 5 days prior to order pick-up. If you are not happy with your order, I’d like to discuss how I can make it up to you on a case by case basis.

  • I do not offer cakes that are vegan or gluten-free. While Macarons are inherently gluten-free, I cannot guarantee cross-contamination in my home kitchen. Gluten-free bakery items my find their way on the menu here and there. I may be able to provide vegan macarons depending on the order; please reach out via the custom order request form.
